Once your listing is live I will spread the word and utilize digital marketing, mailers and personal invites to spread the word. Accepting a showing request is as easy as pressing a button and you will be in control of your showing schedule the whole time!

I will walk you through the negotiating process step by step. We will strategize together to get an offer accepted and off to closing.

Once your offer is accepted one of our amazing title partners will help gather all the necessary signatures and paperwork we need to get to the closing table. Once your papers are signed and your transaction is funded you will hand over the keys and move on to your next exciting chapter!
