Our Pecan Square Home

I have a love for home design and building a brand new home from the ground up is one of my favorite things to do. We buy a brand new home every three years or so, customize it and then sell. It’s kind of like flipping….we can call it new home flipping I guess. It is one of our real estate investment strategies and a lot of fun! We are currently fixing up a 2020 Toll Brothers home in Pecan Square. It’s a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom one story home with the coolest one story floor plan I have ever seen. We built a fireplace, put in a pool, added wainscoting and are currently working on custom finishes to the kitchen. Here’s a little peak at what we have done.
